earn ph Terms & Conditions

In these Terms and Conditions, the following terms shall have the meanings ascribed to them below, unless the context requires otherwise:

• "earn ph" refers to the online gaming platform operated at earnph.co, licensed by the Philippine Amusement and Gaming Corporation (PAGCOR).
• "Account" means the personal account registered by a User on the earn ph platform.
• "Player" or "User" means any individual who accesses or uses earn ph services.
• "Services" means all gaming products, features, tools, and content made available through the earn ph platform, including but not limited to live casino, slots, bingo, and sports betting.
• "Funds" means real-money balances deposited into or credited to a Player's earn ph wallet.
• "Bonus Funds" means promotional credits, free bets, or bonus amounts credited to an account that are subject to separate wagering requirements and are distinct from deposited Funds.
• "KYC" means Know Your Customer identity verification procedures required under Philippine law and PAGCOR regulations.
• "PAGCOR" means the Philippine Amusement and Gaming Corporation, the regulatory body that licenses and supervises earn ph's operations.
• "GCash" and "PayMaya" refer to Philippine mobile money services accepted as payment methods on earn ph.
• "BSP" means the Bangko Sentral ng Pilipinas, the central bank of the Philippines.

To register and use earn ph, you must satisfy all of the following eligibility criteria at all times during your use of the platform:

• You are at least twenty-one (21) years of age. This minimum age requirement is mandated by PAGCOR regulations applicable to online gaming in the Philippines.
• You are a natural person and not a corporation, partnership, or other legal entity.
• You are accessing earn ph from within the Republic of the Philippines or from a jurisdiction where online gaming is lawfully permitted.
• You are not a current employee, director, officer, or immediate family member of an employee or director of earn ph or any of its affiliated entities.
• You have not previously been suspended, excluded, or banned from earn ph or any other PAGCOR-licensed gaming platform.
• You are not registered on any PAGCOR exclusion list or any other applicable self-exclusion register.
• You are acting on your own behalf and not as an agent, representative, or trustee of any third party.

By completing the earn ph registration process, you represent and warrant that all information you have provided is accurate, current, and complete. You agree to promptly update your account information if any details change.

Each Player may hold only one (1) earn ph account. The creation of multiple accounts by a single individual is strictly prohibited and constitutes a material breach of these Terms. earn ph employs technical and manual measures to detect duplicate accounts.

• You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account login credentials, including your password and any one-time passwords (OTP) sent to your registered device.
• You must not share your earn ph account credentials with any other person or allow any third party to access your account.
• You must notify earn ph immediately if you suspect unauthorized access to your account.
• earn ph will not be liable for any loss arising from unauthorized use of your account where you have failed to maintain adequate security over your credentials.
• earn ph reserves the right to close an account that has been inactive (no login or transaction) for a continuous period of twelve (12) months, subject to applicable Philippine unclaimed money regulations.

earn ph accepts deposits and processes withdrawals through the payment methods listed on the platform from time to time. Currently supported payment methods include GCash, PayMaya, BPI, BDO, Metrobank, and UnionBank.

• Withdrawals will only be processed to a payment method registered in the Player's own name. Third-party withdrawals are not permitted.
• earn ph may request additional KYC documentation before processing any single withdrawal exceeding ₱50,000 or where cumulative withdrawals within a calendar month exceed ₱500,000, in compliance with BSP anti-money laundering regulations.
• earn ph reserves the right to delay withdrawal processing for up to five (5) business days for security verification purposes.
• Funds deposited into earn ph accounts are held in segregated bank accounts and are not used for earn ph's operating expenses.

earn ph may offer bonuses, promotions, free bet credits, and other incentive programs from time to time. The following general terms apply to all earn ph promotions unless specific promotion terms explicitly state otherwise:

• All bonuses are subject to wagering requirements that must be fulfilled before bonus-derived winnings may be withdrawn. The specific wagering multiplier and eligible games will be stated in each promotion's terms.
• Bonus Funds and real-money Funds are accounted for separately in your earn ph wallet. Real-money Funds are used before Bonus Funds in all wagering.
• earn ph reserves the right to modify, suspend, or withdraw any promotion at any time without prior notice.
• Abuse of bonus terms — including but not limited to creating multiple accounts to claim a single promotion, exploiting software errors, or systematic low-risk wagering designed to complete wagering requirements without genuine gameplay risk — will result in forfeiture of the bonus and associated winnings, and may result in account suspension.
• Players who have opted into earn ph's responsible gaming self-exclusion or deposit limit tools may be ineligible for certain promotional offers during the exclusion period.

All games available on earn ph operate on certified Random Number Generator (RNG) software or, in the case of live dealer games, on physical dealing and randomization methods conducted under studio supervision. Return-to-Player (RTP) figures published within each game's information screen reflect the certified figures applicable to earn ph's game configurations.

• earn ph game outcomes are final once a round is settled. Technical errors resulting in an incorrect settlement will be reviewed and corrected in accordance with earn ph's dispute resolution procedure.
• In the event of a technical malfunction that interrupts an active game round, earn ph will refund the at-risk stake to the Player's account. Interrupted rounds cannot be counted towards promotional wagering requirements.
• For live sports betting, all bets are settled in accordance with earn ph's Sports Betting Rules, available within the platform. Void bets — such as those placed on suspended events — will be refunded to the Player's wallet.
• Maximum payout limits per single bet or per single game session apply and are specified within each game. earn ph is not obligated to honor bets placed in excess of published maximum limits.

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on earn ph and constitutes grounds for immediate account suspension, balance forfeiture, and referral to PAGCOR and law enforcement authorities where applicable:

• Creating or operating more than one earn ph account, whether directly or through another person.
• Providing false, inaccurate, or misleading information during registration or KYC verification.
• Using automated betting software, bots, scripts, or any other technology that provides an unfair advantage over the platform's RNG systems or other players.
• Colluding with other Players to manipulate game outcomes, including in poker and live table games.
• Processing, attempting to process, or knowingly facilitating any payment transaction that constitutes money laundering, terrorism financing, or any other illegal activity.
• Initiating chargebacks or payment reversals with your bank or e-wallet provider in bad faith while retaining winnings associated with disputed transactions.
• Exploiting software bugs, glitches, or errors for financial gain without promptly reporting them to earn ph.
• Using earn ph's platform in any manner that violates Philippine law, PAGCOR regulations, or BSP guidelines.

earn ph is committed to promoting responsible gaming across its platform in compliance with PAGCOR licensing conditions. The following responsible gaming measures are available to all Players:

• Deposit Limits: Players may set daily, weekly, or monthly deposit limits at any time. Requested reductions take effect immediately; requested increases are subject to a 72-hour cooling-off period.
• Loss Limits: Players may set maximum loss thresholds per session or per calendar day, week, or month.
• Session Time Limits: Players may configure automatic session expiry after a defined duration.
• Self-Exclusion: Players may request a temporary self-exclusion period of 30, 60, 90, or 180 days, or a permanent self-exclusion from earn ph. Self-exclusion requests are processed within 24 hours and cannot be reversed during the selected period.
• Reality Checks: Periodic on-screen notifications are available to remind Players of their session duration and net gaming result.

Players who believe they may have a gambling problem are encouraged to use earn ph's self-exclusion tools and to seek assistance from qualified support organizations. Responsible gaming information is available on the earn ph Responsible Gaming page.

All content available through the earn ph platform, including but not limited to the earn ph brand name and logo, software, game titles, graphics, user interface designs, text, and data compilations, are the exclusive intellectual property of earn ph or its licensors and are protected by Philippine copyright law, trademark law, and international intellectual property conventions.

• Players are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to access and use earn ph's platform for personal entertainment purposes only.
• No Player may copy, reproduce, distribute, publicly display, modify, create derivative works from, or commercially exploit any earn ph content without earn ph's prior written consent.
• earn ph reserves all rights not expressly granted in these Terms.

To the maximum extent permitted by Philippine law, earn ph's aggregate liability to any Player arising out of or in connection with these Terms or the earn ph platform shall not exceed the total amount of Funds held in that Player's earn ph account at the time the relevant claim arises.

• earn ph shall not be liable for any indirect, special, incidental, consequential, or punitive losses or damages, including loss of profits, loss of data, or loss of gaming opportunity, howsoever arising.
• earn ph shall not be liable for any interruption to services caused by circumstances beyond its reasonable control, including but not limited to telecommunications failures, internet outages, power failures, natural disasters, or acts of government.
• earn ph does not guarantee uninterrupted access to its platform and reserves the right to suspend services for maintenance, upgrades, or security purposes without prior notice, although earn ph will endeavor to provide advance notification where practicable.
• Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits earn ph's liability for fraud, willful misconduct, or any other liability that cannot be excluded under Philippine law.

earn ph collects, processes, and stores personal data in accordance with the Data Privacy Act of 2012 (Republic Act No. 10173) and its implementing rules and regulations. The full details of earn ph's data practices are set out in the earn ph Privacy Policy, which forms an integral part of these Terms and Conditions.

• By registering on earn ph, you consent to the collection and processing of your personal data for the purposes described in the Privacy Policy.
• earn ph will share Player data with PAGCOR, the National Privacy Commission, BSP, and other regulatory authorities as required by law.
• earn ph employs SSL encryption and industry-standard security protocols to protect Player data in transit and at rest.

Either party may terminate a Player's earn ph account, subject to the following conditions:

• Player-initiated closure: A Player may request account closure at any time by contacting earn ph's customer support. Upon closure, any remaining real-money balance will be returned to the Player's registered payment method within five (5) business days, subject to outstanding wagering requirements and KYC verification.
• earn ph-initiated closure for cause: earn ph may immediately suspend or permanently close a Player's account, without prior notice, upon detection of prohibited conduct, KYC failure, suspicion of fraudulent activity, or any other material breach of these Terms. Balances associated with accounts closed for cause may be withheld pending investigation.
• Regulatory direction: earn ph is required to comply with any direction from PAGCOR or other Philippine regulatory authorities to close or suspend a Player's account.

earn ph reserves the right to amend these Terms and Conditions at any time. Material changes will be notified to Players via their registered email address or via a prominent notice on the earn ph platform no less than seven (7) days before the amended Terms take effect.

Your continued use of the earn ph platform after the effective date of any amended Terms constitutes your acceptance of the amended Terms. If you do not agree to the amended Terms, you must cease using earn ph and may request account closure in accordance with Section 12.

These Terms and Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of the Philippines, without regard to conflict of law principles.

• Any dispute arising out of or in connection with these Terms, including any question regarding their existence, validity, or termination, shall be referred first to earn ph's internal dispute resolution process by contacting customer support.
• If the dispute is not resolved through earn ph's internal process within thirty (30) days, either party may refer the dispute to PAGCOR's dispute resolution mechanism applicable to PAGCOR-licensed online gaming operators.
• Any unresolved dispute may thereafter be submitted to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of the Republic of the Philippines, with venue in Metro Manila.
